Anvers, Antwerp, Anwerpen, Amberes.
Different names to the destination for today’s route.
At the end I rode 130 kms and 320 m.
The main objective for today was make kilometers, enjoy the beautiful day, and see the city, and their forts at south of it.
Some things that you can find in Belgium.
I don’t know what bird is it.
A pheasant!! I never watched one.

… the first signs of the battle.
Near there the first fort that I found, Fort 8.
It was repairing to make new uses, shops, stores, a bar-adventure field.
The next in my trip was the Fort 7.
It’s a park for fishing! There were some mini dam to fishing.
The rest of the fort was abandoned and it’s part of a nature reserve.
But I went to inspect the fence a little.
Was interesting… but better for other time.
The next fort, Fort 6. It’s a private sports centrum. I couldn’t see.
The next, Fort 5. Yes.
It’s a reservoir of bats! And a beautiful park

It was very nice, but when I was riding to the north… I found other fort more!
Fort 4 “Fort kapitein Wagner”.
It’s a histroical memorial and museum. It was cloused, but I can see some parts o it.
It’s similar to other forts, but preserved the access bridge.
It was built in 1860! It wasn’t been built for the First War World!!

Well, now it’s time to the town… but firstly I stopped in a park, near other little castle.

I returned by a canal. I riding with strong headwind.
